Steamboat Springs is passionate about their historic barns and the Arnold Barn, in danger of being lost forever, has recently been relocated by the community and and also lovingly restored by generous donors and business sponsors. The reference for this painting was taken before restoration and relocation began. "Local Relic" features the Arnold barn in its natural beauty with collage elements that whisper of its glorious past as a working farm run by the Arnold family.

24 x 24, created with paper collage and oil on 1.5" cradled panel.  Finished with an oil-based, archival retouch varnish.  Collage wraps around the edges to create a finished edge that doesn't require framing.  Wired and ready to hang.
